Take a Trip to Neverland this Winter with the Floral Pavilion’s SEN friendly Pantomime Performances
The rumour is that Captain Hook is back! Gather your fairy dust and come and meet Peter, Smee, Tinker Bell, and Ethyl Mermaid as they head off on their latest swashbuckling adventure.
You can join the gang and find out if the rumours are true with a BSL interpreted performance on Sunday 15 December at 5pm. The Floral Pavilion also provides a hearing enhancement system for all showings for those who are hard of hearing. The Sennheiser infrared system is a wireless, interference-free secure assistive listening and interpretation for theatre use. You don’t need to book in advance to use the system, just go to the box office on arrival and ask for a headset.
Alternatively, you can get your hooks into a relaxed performance on Thursday 2 Jan at 5pm. This showing is perfect for you if you would like to enjoy the show in a less formal manner. The audience are free to move around for this showing, so you can come and go as you need. This is a perfect showing for anyone on the autism spectrum, those who make involuntary sounds, people with dementia and those with special educational needs.
The content of the show will stay the same but small changes will be made, such taking loud noises out and relaxed lighting, and the Floral Pavillion’s attentive and trained staff will be on hand to ensure a magical experience is had by all!
