THE HIVE

The Hive Youth Zone is a charity created in 2017. It is dedicated to making sure that Wirral’s young people have somewhere safe to go. Providing something positive for them to do and someone trusted to talk to.

The Hive is a fun space. It also empowers young people to build their resilience, skills, ambition and knowledge. This helps them prepare for adult life.

If you have an additional need, you can also choose to come along to the Hiveability sessions. You will find a fantastic range of things to do across art, music, sports, media, kitchen, salon. There are also rec areas with a bit more support and space to reduce the noise if you need to. The sessions are planned carefully so that each area doesn’t get too busy. You can develop your confidence by coming on your own. Or, if it is right for you, they can arrange for a parent, carer or a support worker to stay with you during these sessions. They cannot offer 1-1 support or personal care.
